YWCA McLean County’s CEJA Training Programs help adults gain the skills, certifications, and confidence to start a new career in high-demand industries like manufacturing, construction, and clean energy. These short-term, hands-on programs are designed to remove barriers and connect you to real opportunities—with free training, career coaching, and weekly stipends for eligible participants.

The CEJA Workforce Programs are funded by the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (DCEO) through the Climate and Equitable Jobs Act (CEJA).
