Facility Rentals

YWCA McLean County is excited to offer a variety of rental spaces for our community at affordable rates. Locations are great for meetings, cultural events, parties, sports, and other gatherings. Non-profit rates are available.

COMMUNITY ROOM Accommodate up to 60 people in this spacious room! This space is great for group events such as birthday parties, baby showers, gatherings, or meetings. This room has a kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, stove top, and sink as well as tables and chairs. Rental fee: $50.00/hour.

GYMNASIUM Our regulation size gym provides a huge AIR CONDITIONED space for a variety of activities like basketball, volleyball, large meetings, group sports, and cultural events. Yes, our gym really is air-conditioned! The gym can be divided into three smaller courts or can be rented as one large area. Rental fee: $70.00/hour per court or $200.00/hour for the entire gym.

Additional Information

Please note: All rentals require full payment at the time of booking to reserve the space. 

  • All weekday rentals must be requested and booked at least one week prior to the rental start date.
  • All weekend rentals must be requested and booked at least two weeks prior to the rental start date.
