Transition Camp

YWCA Prevention and Empowerment Services offers Transition Camp for students entering junior high. Transition Camp is a week long program to help ease students in their transition to junior high. Students learned about self care, social skills, leadership skills, and coping skills along with an anti-bullying curriculum. Students will have the opportunity to create an anti-bullying public service announcement and create strategies to prevent bullying in their schools. Transition Camp is held annually each summer.
