Helping You Stay Active through Volunteerism

Report Your Hours!

The RSVP volunteer program is part of Senior Corps, a network of national service programs that provides older Americans the opportunity to apply their life experience to meeting community needs. YWCA RSVP helps individuals age 55 and older put their skills and life experiences to work for their community. RSVP facilitates volunteerism through carefully matched placement and follow-up support.
RSVP staff carefully matches the time and talents of over 750 volunteers with the needs of 90 local nonprofit agencies.

Call RSVP at (309) 662-0461 to learn how you can get involved. A minimum of 10 hours of volunteer service per year is required to remain an active RSVP volunteer. For more information on national RSVP, visit the Senior Corps site. RSVP is located at YWCA McLean County, 1201 N. Hershey Road, Bloomington, IL.
